Development/High Performance Program U15
Program Details
This program is for any 14 and 15 year old player. While incorporating more games into sessions than our U13 program, focus is primarily given to skill development and execution.
Development Focus
- Introduction to Aerobic power.
- Consolidate the performance of fundamental and advanced individual skills.
- Players receive tactical instructions, particularly in understanding playing positions. Players will experience different positions on the field.
- Introduction of Strength training
- Introduction to Speed training
- Players should play other sports, but soccer should be the primary sport during the soccer season for the serious and committed.
This program is intended for all level-players.
What to expect
Program structure follows low to high pressure environments. The program goal is not solely to develop new skills but also focus on enhancing and improving current technique and form in increasingly higher pressure environments.
What equipment is needed
Shin guards, soccer cleats are recommended (tennis shoes are okay). We will supply everything else.
Training time and locations
This program runs from October 2nd until March 08, 2025. Two sessions a week, one in a school gym and second on turf at BMO Soccer Centre. See Training Calendar for complete schedule.
