Senior Men Program

Senior league players can play NSSL (AAA or AA). For both leagues players are selected through a tryout process. The program includes on demand training sessions and league games.

The program includes  League play, and training kit (t-shirt, socks and shorts). The cost is included in the registration fee.

Development Focus

  • Team tactics form a significant part of practice sessions and the team is coached in team ‘units’ – defense, midfield and attack.
  • Position training is important, and players are prepared for a primary position.
  •  Physical conditioning is also important for all players and training is tailored to the physical demands of their position on the field.
  • Aerobic power is introduced progressively after growth rate decelerates.
  • Strength and speed training is introduced
  • Includes different training methods such as video analysis, classroom discussions and team building

Participation in other sports can enhance physical preparation and transferability to soccer. However, soccer should be the primary sport for serious and committed players. This program is intended for advanced competitive level-players.

What to expect

Program structure follows low to high pressure environments.  The program goal is not solely to develop new skills but also focus on enhancing and improving current technique and form in increasingly higher pressure environments.

What equipment is needed
