SECTION 2: Primary Testing Objective
We run different software protocols based on your goals. Which profile best describes your primary reason for testing today?

The Return-to-Play Profile: I am recovering from an injury/surgery and want to measure my left/right asymmetry to see if it is safe to return to full activity.
The Explosive Athlete Profile: I want to measure my maximum power, vertical jump height, and Rate of Force Development (RFD) to improve sports performance.
The Joint Longevity Profile: I experience chronic pain or stiffness (knees, back, hips) and want the 3D camera to find my structural imbalances.
The CNS Fatigue Profile: I train heavily and want to establish a baseline to monitor my central nervous system readiness and avoid overtraining.

Clothing Requirement: I understand I must wear form-fitting athletic clothing (e.g., tight leggings/shorts and a fitted t-shirt). Baggy clothing prevents the HumanTrak cameras from accurately reading joint angles.
Footwear: I understand that some force plate tests will be conducted barefoot or in socks to measure natural foot pronation/stability, while others will be in clean, flat-soled athletic shoes.
CNS Readiness: I understand I should avoid heavy lower-body weightlifting for at least 24 hours prior to this assessment to avoid skewed fatigue metrics.
