SECTION 3: Athletic Performance Goals
What are your top 2 priorities for private training? (Select up to 2)
*
First-step quickness and explosive acceleration
Max sprint speed (breakaway speed)
Change of direction / Agility
Lower body strength & tackling power
Injury rehabilitation & joint longevity
Conditioning / 90-minute match fitness
In your own words, what is the biggest physical limitation holding you back on the pitch right now?
*
SECTION 4: Medical & Injury Profile (Biometric Pre-Screen)
Soccer is highly demanding on the knees, ankles, and groin. Our VALD ForceDecks and HumanTrak systems will map your movement, but we need your history first.
Have you suffered any major injuries in the past 24 months? (e.g., ACL tear, severe ankle sprain, hamstring strain)
*
Yes
No
If Yes, please detail the injury and the physical therapy/clearance status:
Do you currently experience any nagging joint pain or tightness after a 90-minute match or heavy training session?
*
Left Knee
Right Knee
Ankles
Groin / Hip Flexors
Lower Back

None. 100% Healthy.

SECTION 5: VALD Performance testing
VALD ForceDecks (Explosive Power & Match Resilience Analysis)
About VALD ForceDecks Testing
What it is:
Dual high-precision force plates that measure exactly how much explosive power you generate against the ground when jumping, landing, and bounding, down to the millisecond.
How it helps the Player:
Directly targets the physical attributes needed to out-jump opponents on header duels, burst past defenders over the first 5–10 yards, and generate maximum power in your striking leg.
How it helps the Coach
: Identifies hidden strength asymmetries between your left and right legs. This lets us design tailored plyometric and strength exercises to eliminate force gaps that slow you down or cause non-contact injuries.
Would you like to include ForceDecks baseline testing to track and improve your vertical jump, first-step sprint acceleration, and shooting power?
*
I want data-driven testing to optimize my explosiveness and aerial dominance on the pitch.
I’m interested, but I’d like to discuss how this applies to my position first.
I prefer to focus strictly on traditional ball-mastery and fitness drills.
Targeted Physical Outcomes. If you participate in ForceDecks profiling, which soccer-specific outcome is most important to you? (Select up to 2)
First-Step Burst: Accelerating faster from a stationary or slow jog position.
Aerial Dominance: Increasing vertical leap height and control for attacking/defending headers.
Striking Power: Maximizing leg drive and force transfer when shooting or playing long passes.
Benchmarking progress against elite youth soccer academy standards
VALD HumanTrak (1v1 Agility & Cutting Mechanics Analysis)
About VALD HumanTrak Testing
What it is
:
A 3D motion camera tracks full-body joint angles (hips, knees, ankles) during functional cutting, single-leg landing, and deceleration drills.
How it helps the Player:
Helps you stop on a dime, change direction fluidly without losing balance, and maintain complete control over the ball while shielding defenders.
How it helps the Coach:
It exposes biomechanical inefficiencies that limit your speed or flexibility. Spots bio-mechanical red flags—such as knee collapse (valgus) or tight hips during sharp cuts—so we can build targeted mobility and body-control warm-ups into every session.
Are you interested in undergoing a 3D motion-capture movement screening with VALD HumanTrak to analyze your agility and cutting mechanics?
Yes, I want to refine my movement technique and mobility.
Intrigued, but I need more context on how it applies to my game
No, I only want to focus on on-ball soccer skills.
Program Integration & Tier Selection
Data Integration Level
How would you prefer to incorporate this elite sports-science data into your private training program?
The Complete Match-Ready Profile (Recommended): Dual-system testing (ForceDecks + HumanTrak) with baseline scans and re-testing every 6–8 weeks to objectively track speed, power, and agility gains.
The Explosive Athlete Profile: ForceDecks testing only (Focus: Acceleration, aerial power, leg symmetry, and striking force).
The Dynamic Agility Profile: HumanTrak screening only (Focus: 1v1 cutting mechanics, joint mobility, and deceleration quality).
Standard On-Pitch Profile: On-ball technical and tactical training only; no digital testing metrics.
SECTION 6: Program Commitment & Scheduling
Our 1-on-1 soccer performance blocks are highly limited. Consistency is required to change biometric data and on-pitch results.
