The Future of Movement Analysis
Replacing subjective guesswork with objective, real-time data to optimize performance and track rehabilitation.
Welcome to the forefront of biomechanical analysis. We utilize industry-leading technology to revolutionize how we measure human movement. Below is a breakdown of our flagship testing technologies and how they provide a 360-degree profile of physical capability.
HumanTrak
Markerless 3D Motion Capture
HumanTrak is a portable, markerless 3D motion capture system. Bypassing cumbersome tracking suits, it uses advanced depth-sensing cameras to instantly build a digital skeleton, precisely tracking joint angles, center of mass, and movement patterns (kinematics).
What is it used for?
- Injury Diagnosis: Highlights subtle movement restrictions or asymmetries causing pain.
- Range of Motion (ROM): Accurately measures joint angles across all three planes.
- Gait Analysis: Assesses running and balancing mechanics to correct imbalances.
- Jump Mechanics: Tracks center of mass for precise takeoff and landing data.
ForceDecks
Dual Force Plate Technology
ForceDecks measure the invisible forces driving your movements (kinetics). Highly sensitive strain gauges beneath independent left and right platforms measure Ground Reaction Force (GRF), translating pressure into a detailed force-time curve for velocity and power.
What is it used for?
- Asymmetry Testing: Detects load differences between left and right legs—critical for safe return-to-play.
- Explosive Power: Measures jump height and peak power during tests like the Countermovement Jump (CMJ).
- Maximum Strength: Safely tests absolute isometric strength without heavy weightlifting.
- Fatigue Monitoring: Detects microscopic shifts in weight distribution to monitor player load.

Standard Testing Battery
A “testing battery” is a standardized set of physical assessments we run to benchmark an athlete’s biomechanical profile.
Countermovement Jump (CMJ)
Description: A standard vertical jump where the athlete starts standing, drops quickly into a squat, and explodes upwards as high as possible.
Used For: Measuring explosive lower-body power, peak jump height, and detecting left versus right leg strength imbalances during takeoff and landing.
Isometric Mid-Thigh Pull (IMTP)
Description: A maximal effort test pulling upward as hard as possible against an immovable bar set at mid-thigh height.
Used For: Safely assessing absolute peak strength and Rate of Force Development (how quickly muscles “switch on”) without injury risks.
Drop Jump
Description: The athlete steps off a low box, lands on the plates, and immediately rebounds into a jump for minimal ground contact time.
Used For: Evaluating reactive strength (tendon elasticity). Crucial for evaluating ability to sprint, decelerate, and change direction rapidly.
Single-Leg Squat & Balance
Description: Controlled single-leg squats or static single-leg stances while plates track microscopic shifts in Center of Pressure.
Used For: Identifying hidden compensations or joint instability. The gold standard for clearing an athlete to return to play after major injury.
Aligning with Long-Term Player Development (LTPD)
Tracking movement metrics isn’t just for elite professionals. Integrating these tools directly supports the LTPD model by providing objective data at every stage of an athlete’s journey, ensuring they grow safely and maximize their potential.
Training to Train (Ages 11-15)
During rapid growth spurts, players are susceptible to overuse injuries. We use baseline testing to monitor biomechanical changes, correct dangerous movement patterns early, and manage loads.
Training to Compete (Ages 15-18+)
We utilize ForceDecks to measure explosive power and rate of force development. This allows us to tailor individualized strength programs translating to speed and agility on the pitch.
Safe Return to Play (All Ages)
By comparing post-injury force data against a healthy baseline, we eliminate guesswork. We ensure structural symmetry is fully restored before clearing an athlete to return to full competition.
